This is a restaurant that was opened by Ashling O'Carroll/Ashling Irwin and her sister. There is an apartment behind the restaurant. It has layers upon layer of spells, wards, and traps surrounding it after last year's revenant infestation such as wards that can hide the property that acts like a Star Trek shield and make people forget there ever was a restaurant there and it also has some Forget Me Spells. There's a well-cut trail that follows the edge of the wards and goes all the way around the property.
The area around it has a Rowan tree that anchored the property and the wards. The restaurant was heated by the propane-fired boiler. The family quarters has a wood stove, and it has the restaurant's ovens.
The ward shield is a blurry shimmer that is arcing up high over the property.
It is heavily warded and it's like a Fort Knox for witches according to Declan O'Carroll.
